GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION
GeoEnvironmental Applications has experience in the deployment of a wide range of groundwater treatment system, the choice of which is based on our in depth knowledge of geology and hydrogeology such that the most appropriate technique can be used. Techniques are targeted on the removal of free product whether dense non aqueous phase liquids (DNAPL) or light non aqueous liquids (LNAPL) a solution can be used to recover either product. Other technologies target dissolved phase contaminants whether these are pumped to surface for treatment or treated in situ either using chemicals or by promoting natural bacteria and enzymes to attenuate the contaminant naturally.
- Product recovery
- Pump and treat
- In-situ chemical treatment
- Dual phase abstraction
- Biosparging
- Permeable reactive barriers
- Monitored Natural Attenuation
